Valanaris Stream - Megalo Rhema Rafina Basin - East Attica
June 4, 2015: Bilateral visit to Attica for field training on EcoFlow technique

I have posted some photos from our field day. We thank Francisco Martínez-Capel and all participants. Today our three day workshop has ended. I hope many of the outdoor areas remain open and well maintained. We want to use it often.

The Valanaris flows near Picrum, a tributary of the Megalo Rhema Rafinas. It is located at an altitude of 170 meters above sea level on the lower slopes of Mount Pentel, almost outside of Dion by the Taygate Bridge.
Oleander and rush; Low slippage and acceleration.

Reed and youth from the eastern Chinese. Potable water.
Study the topography of the river and the coast.
Great outdoor room. Just in front of the Taygate Bridge.

Paco gave us a hint.
A very shallow stream is almost cut off.
Valanaris under the medieval dam
A medieval dam at Valanaris, an aqueduct drains water to ancient farms.
Erasinos River near ancient Vravrona. Very humiliated.
Erasino river. Undrained, unshaded, eutrophic, sedimentary buffer. Small fish branches were found.
